Outlook
Express Setup
To configure Outlook Express to receive
mail, follow the steps below.
1. Open Outlook Express, click on Tools and then choose Accounts.
The following box will appear:
2. Click on the Mail tab and then click on Add, and a
small menu box will open, then choose Mail. After that, the following box appears:
3. Under Display name, type in the name that you would like to appear
in the from field of your outgoing messages. You can just use your
name. For example:
John Smith
4. Click Next. The following box appears:
5. Leave the button "I already have an e-mail address that I'd
like to use" checked and enter the full address of your email account.
Your account name is:
jsmith@yourdomain.com
6. Click Next. The following box appears:
7. In the "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server" field
enter: mail.yourdomain.com
In the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" field enter:
reply.webair.com
8. Click Next. The following box appears:
9. In the "Account name" field enter the username of the
person you want to check email for:
jsmith@yourdomain.com
In the "Password" field enter the email password
for the user. This is the password that was given you when your email
service was setup. Or if you have changed your password, please enter
the new one.

10. Click Next. The following box appears:
11. Click Finish. Your Outlook Express email configuration is
now complete.
You will need to restart Outlook Express before you can start sending and
receiving email.
